Every new OmniTech website includes 60 days of launch support. This gives you time to start using the website, ask questions and request reasonable minor adjustments. After that, you can manage the site yourself or choose an ongoing support package.

Yes. Client ownership and clear handover are fundamental to how OmniTech operates. Where third-party platforms, licences or services are involved, we will explain any relevant ownership or subscription requirements before the project begins.

That’s absolutely fine. Choosing to manage the website yourself does not prevent you from coming back to OmniTech later for additional work or support.

Yes. Website care can range from occasional technical help to fully managed routine changes and ongoing improvements.

Where the chosen platform permits it, we can provide an appropriate handover so you can manage suitable content yourself.
